USE OF JET TEC CARTRIDGES WILL NOT VOID ANY PRINTER WARRANTY.
In Australia it is illegal under the Trade Practices Act for a printer manufacturer to require the consumer to use a particular brand of ink.
1. Guaranteed not to damage your printer.
Under normal use, jet tec products will not cause damage or abnormal wear to your printer. Our warranty covers repair or replacement of your printer if our cartridges cause damage when used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Contain the same amount of ink as the originals.
Some other compatibles don't contain the same volume of ink, and/or do not print as many pages as the original. On the surface these cartridges appear cheap, but in reality end up costing more because you need to replace them more often.. Jet Tec are matched to the originals and in some models carry more ink.
3. Will perform just like an original.
Many other compatible brands and refill kits use generic inks across the entire range. Jet tec analyse and match the dye based and pigment based inks for each original cartridge type. Jet Tec cartridges are used by professional photographers and graphic designers. These people demand the highest quality.

Unlike the UK's Jet Tec product, most other compatible brands including some US and Canadian brands are totally manufactured or out source their ink and components from Southern China, Korea and Malaysia. These "factories" in most cases have not obtained ISO 9000 ( International Standards Organisation ) Check the box before you buy.

Loss of quality control can lead to inconsistant print quality & colour balance, higher cartridge failure rates and printing problems.
JET TEC GUARANTEE.
All inkjet cartridges manufactured by Jet Tec are fully guaranteed against defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Jet Tec inkjet product then please return the product to the dealer with proof of purchase for a full refund.

If for any reason the situation arises whereby it is claimed that a Jet Tec product has damaged the printer, the following shall apply. Jet Tec International guarantees that, in normal use its products will not cause damage or abnormal wear when used in printers in which they are designed to operate. Jet Tec shall not be liable to the buyer if any damage or abnormal wear to a printer that is claimed to have been caused by use of a Jet Tec product, could have been caused by goods not supplied by Jet Tec used in the printer before or after the use of a Jet Tec product.

Jet Tec reserve the right to collect and inspect and if necessary repair the printer. If it is found that damage has occurred as a direct result of a Jet Tec cartridge then Jet Tec will repair the printer or replace the printer with a working equivalent, and return the printer within 20 working days of receipt of the defective device. Jet Tec’s liability for the buyer shall not exceed the amount required to repair or replace the printer if found damaged by a Jet Tec product.

This guarantee shall cease to take effect if the Jet Tec products are damaged, either willfully or negligently, dismantled or otherwise tampered with or misused by, for or on behalf or the buyer or any third party.
